YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in
plain language.

Pop the Exam collects the names, email addresses, phone numbers, school or exam interests, and other information people choose to share through our family, counselor, GED, and enrollment forms. Diagnostic answers are processed to generate a report; the lead dashboard stores a score summary and suggested next step. We now also save the detailed section report for new diagnostics. When a parent creates a student link, we store a random invitation token for up to 14 days and connect the completed result to that parent inquiry. The optional student email entered for the email button stays in the browser and is not submitted to Pop the Exam.

Profiles, learning records, and bookings

Signed-in students and parents can create profiles. We store profile details they choose to provide, family connections, diagnostic and future quiz or exam results, game progress, session availability, and bookings so the dashboards work across devices and visits.

How we use it

We use this information to provide dashboards, track learning progress, manage sessions, respond to requests, discuss appropriate prep options, and share opportunity information when a family opts in. Our diagnostics are informal screening tools, not official test scores.

Who can access it

Submissions are stored in a private lead dashboard for the Pop the Exam team. A signed-in parent can see submissions using their email address. A student can save a completed diagnostic to their signed-in account using the private report link presented at the end. Website hosting and data storage providers process this data to run the site. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

To request a copy, correction, deletion, or stop future contact, email successwiththegenius@gmail.com. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the form.
